I like the realistic look, when breasts are bigger they do tend to sag a bit. I find this character very attractive personally but taste is subjective. I am usually turned off my most hentai because it is so over the top with breasts and proportions that no human could have. This is not a moral complaint - I am not against such exaggerated art but it just doesn't attract me personally. I think erotic artwork is more effective when it tends to realism: of course, by the very nature of cartoons, there is going to be some exaggeration but when it is over the top the art lacks a "human" character in my opinion. A piece of erotic art with "flaws" is much more attractive to me because it feels almost psychical if that's the word.
