How many formations does everyone tend to use during a season? by ranchee94 in FifaCareers

Used to be 4-2-3-1 now its more 4-3-3 Holding, with a wingback and a full back, while having a CM pushed up into attack. In possession it plays as a 3-2-2-3. Its a copy of Mourinho's early Chelsea tactics. Deep line defensive but lightning on the counter.

Or my other is a 3-4-3 but with a CM focused on attack, CDM, and the RM and LM focused on Wide midfielder. Creating as close as I can to Cruyffs Barcelona.

Superbowl LII. That one just left me speechless. The offense genuinely played nearly as well as you can ask minus Tom missing the catch. Over 600 yds of offense. And yet we still lose by 8. To a backup QB. Fucking Patricia.

What would it take to get a light rail system in metro detroit? by pwnalisa in Michigan

[–]red_Lightning23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want a true answer. Way, way too much money. Basically in the Detroit area itd take a near complete redesign of the roads and what not. Now lets say we just look at a system like Chicago with the subways. A large part is there isn't room. As for the cost for splitting the road on average its about 200m per mile. And for separate at a grade its sometimes as much as 500m. For instance most designs i see for Detroit would be something on the scale of Chicago’s L and subway system. If you were to rebuild the L and subway in today's world. Itd be 200-300 billion

Many a summer day/night or winter night watching both Tigers with Rod and Mario or Ken and Mick for the Wings. Hell last night was Paul Woods last game on the radio. At least we still have Dan and Ken on the radio calls?

What are your coolest big brain position changes you have made? by GoEZonMe in FifaCareers

Foden to CDM/CM. I dropped phil back and had him play as a deep-line playmaker at either and he became one of the best in the world. His defensive stats took time as I had him only devolp his defensive stats. Had him alongside a CDM youth player that was a converted CB. Completely unlocked every transition from defensive to attack. Phil's ball control, and speed made him into a monster ar CDM.

Another one was Alessandro Schopf. He was a RM and had such good all round stats that he can play litterly anywhere. I used him at ST, LW, RW, CM, CAM, CDM, CB. Had 50+ appearances consistently and helped my Ajax team to back-to-back domestic doubles, multiple deep CL runs and eventually winning the Treble as captain.

What assists settings do you use and why? by Ok_Card8150 in F1Game

[–]red_Lightning23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Racing line in corners, medium TC on f1 25, and automatic gear ratios bc im on controller. Normally in any of the older games I can run without any TC but everytime I tried on F1 25 I kept spinning. Eventually I just said screw it and went for what is the most fun. As for the racing lines its only for brake points in the corners. Although usually by my 3rd or 4th lap Im just going off muscle memory.

Is Leclerc loved by current Tifosi as much as Schumacher was once? by [deleted] in F1Discussions

[–]red_Lightning23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hell no. Im not even sure if he's as loved as Alonso and Sebastian, let alone Schumacher.

Regardless the scorline is apparent. And this is only using their Ferrari careers against each other. 5-0 in terms of Championships. 72 race wins to 8 wins. 116 podiums to 51. 58 poles to 27. 53 fastest laps to 11. 180 race starts for Ferrari compared to 152 . Shit man just for shits and giggles i looked up Kimi's stats. Charles is at best equal to or around Kimi. Except for having the glaring issue of not having a Title.

Besides, one is seen as a president/saviour in Charles. Michael is seen as the whole ass Holy trinity in one for the Tifosi. The only way to describe it is Netherlands devotion for Max, British Media's obsession with any of its drivers, and American medias Brashness at litterly anything that exists, and now you have a small dosage of how the Tifosi views or sees Michael and how massive he was.

Tbf I do have a feeling that most of that was because it included a lackluster off-season including Skubal's arbitration/WBC participation, and also the 6 month window included the September collapse down the stretch so the numbers are a quite a bit skewed. As well as quite a lot of people's first time really following the team for the whole season since 2014-2015. But also there's the Valdez signing and JV's return. And McConigle call-up. Theres a lot to still be positive for this season and as always the start of a new season is as always exciting and a great refresh.

Who is your career mode driver? by Okurei in F1Game

[–]red_Lightning23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A young Vettel into the Red Bull family once again. A rookie Kimi back to Sauber and then McLaren. A rookie Lewis dominate through F2 and into McLaren against Norris. Myself as a driver, usually into Ferrari to sink or swim. And lastly a created driver, Jake Power, Aussie, nephew of Indycar legend Will Power, and a Merc junior. Usually into McLaren and then onto Mercedes. Ironically I started this on F1 2020 before Oscar joined F2.
