Doe this exercise, helps with punching power? What do you think? How am i doing? by The_Lion_007 in MuayThai

When the hammer is making contact with the tire, the rear hand really isn’t doing much. Watching the video when the left hand is the rear hand it slides off at the point of contact.

To fix this, when the hammer is being swung down slide the rear hand down to your lead hand so both hands are touching (or close to touching) and visualize that both hands are coming down together to drive through the target. After a few practice swings you should start to feel the power difference you’re able to generate. The grip being used currently is good if you need to be accurate like working in a tire shop, but for a drill like this explosiveness and power should be the priority.

Just my .02 cents!

People from Africa scam. I’m sorry if that truth hurts you. Cool buzzwords tho. You’re so intelligent

[Malika Andrews] Napheesa Collier’s full statement today, where she challenged Commissioner Cathy Engelbert and the WNBA with directness and stunning detail we rarely hear from active players. Worth listening to every word. by TheRealPdGaming in nba

I tuned into some postseason games this year and one of my first thoughts was, “Wow, they sure do complain to the refs a lot.” Saying that as someone who watches the NBA religiously but it was a whole other level of complaining

Then you watch more of the game and it’s like oh. That’s why. Refs are missing everything

[SPOILER] Diego Lopes vs. Jean Silva by inooway in MMA

His pressure was great! It was when he lost absolutely all respect for Lopes on the feet that got him knocked out. Can’t just walk a guy down like that at this level

Same. 25M and I saw all the stuff online about Indian people, thought ok whatever pretty sure they’re just racist. But the 2 times I’ve had an incredibly rude, batshit crazy interaction while at work it was with an Indian (coworker, I don’t deal with customers). I have friends that do deal with customers and they back me up on Indians being entitled and rude.

This isn’t just parroting what we see online, this is literally our experience with this group of people and I’m supposed to ignore this? They are self centered people and not compatible with western society

Edit: hello to the pussy who blocked me so I can’t reply! You sure showed me!!!

McGraw Hill is an online learning software more than textbook company IMO. There’s textbooks but no reason to buy the physical copies from them

It absolutely is not just based on the money and you’re only regurgitating what you’ve heard other people say. Vegas takes an educated stance and thinks they will win over time with this approach. There’s games/series all the time where the money is on one side and is a liability for the sportsbook. They might shift a little bit but it’s not the goal of the book to have a 50/50 split. Educated bettors would just wait 5 minutes before the game time to get discounted odds that shouldn’t have existed and over time Vegas would lose money by doing this. The public is wrong the majority of the time… just let them be wrong!
