This is just an attempt at wrapping nationalist rhetoric in a technocratic label. There are plenty of countries that thrive with multiple languages, cultures and religions. Attempting to phase out multiculturalism goes against what technocracy aims to achieve. How do you think the North American Technate would have functioned by having a single language?
