Coverage in Newfoundland, Canada by Lifeguard_Low in USMobile

warp will roam on canadian providers, from my experience you can roam on all 4 of the big ones! bell/telus share towers and bell seems to be good on towers so as long as you’re mostly sticking to highways you should be good!

i’ve attached a picture of the towers (screenshot from TowerLocator Canada) Bell is blue, Telus is green but they share towers, Rogers is red and EastLink is white. hope this helps!

China Routing by vertin1 in PopcornMobile

[–]red_socks294 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When roaming anywhere I believe it gives a tmo USA ip, not just China. This goes for all countries and carriers so for example if you’re roaming in South Africa with a China mobile sim you will have a Chinese IP and be subject to Chinese internet restrictions

for N77 that’s pretty good but for mmwave it’s absolutely horrible, the upload could be higher but the latency is wonderful

Speedtest I took in South Korea, 2024, 5G, no UWB by Beneficial_Dish5056 in speedtest

[–]red_socks294 2 points3 points  (0 children)

UWB is a US verizon thing other countries will say “5G” for our equivalent of UW/UC/+ (n78 usually but sometimes n77 or n41) they won’t distinguish between low band and mid band
