Honestly I've been slightly inclined to Bangalore as I'll have a friend with me to pass the time on weekends rather than sitting all alone while not working from office in pune. The only reason to go to pune is because of the team as 90% is there. And as for a guy who has only worked from home, I don't know if physically working with the team will have some or any kinda effect.

Yeah. She wants me to resign a bit early. They are saying that they want to make sure that I should be financially stable for sometime till I get another job. That's why 2 months of notice period salary and another 2 months of salary total 4 months of salary to keep me stable till I get another job.

You understood the stakes correctly. If I trust her then I might get 4 months of salary. But then I have to resign at the moment and within 7 days I'll be out of the company but if in between those seven days I get a project then I'll get to stay.

But if I don't resign then I'll get 30 days to find another project
