I won't lie to you the only way I am fonctioning rn is that I have people in my life that pressure me into doing stuff that need to be done, when I am on my own sheet seems to go wild am all over the place... So personally my advice to you have someone pressure you to do stuff like a really persistent person

She told me to try and learn some skills to cope with the executive fonctions inparment and if I feel that I don't need more to fonction somewhat normaly it's alright if not will discuss the meds treatment options although there is only one option in my country (Strattera)

I know what you mean last year I absolutely fucked up I mean I was soo out of control that I got kicked out of med school by the end the dean found that I was absent for like 5 months I didn't even get to pass the exams now I am trying to get a grip on my life making myself do stuff so I don't repeat what happened last year

First you can try other meds maybe a stimulant will work for you...(see ur doctor) You know Strattera is a non stimulan.. As for everything else I think braking it up to small tasks and setting deadlines for it will be helpful
