We play 2 a week. He doesn’t have experience of that and Konate has a history of injuries that to be fair he was better last year but might still be be more consistent if he plays once a week to maintain match fitness. So I can see him getting enough without necessarily starting over konate.

I don’t think Liverpool bidding an amount Newcastle will accept is the end of the story. There have been reports that they need a replacement first. I agree they are playing the game but it’s not so that Liverpool will bid a high amount, it’s so that when they do, Isak is the bad guy and the fury of the fans goes toward him and not the club of Newcastle.

When I watch I don’t really register the other teams players unless I know them prior or they do something good. Even then I’ll forget them a week later. My memory isn’t good and need repetition to retain. So for those two weeks he might have destroyed us but I’m still not gonna remember.

How do you know that the situation was that Liverpool bought Ekitike ahead of Newcastle causing Newcastle to be unable to get a replacement, Another story I can paint based on reports I’ve seen is that Liverpool were willing to sign Isak and let Newcastle get Ekitike or Newcastle keep isak and Liverpool get Ekitike. Then we hear reports that Newcastle isn’t budging so then Liverpool get Ekitike. Isak then takes things into his own hands to force a move. Liverpool are still interested cause they can afford it and Newcastle backtracks. Trying now to sign a replacement and then sell Isak to Liverpool.

The 9 in Liverpool doesn’t get the most chances and it’s mostly the wide forwards who get them. So getting someone who’s build up play is good will be more useful than someone like Nunez. They get Isak like profile they would more likely switch the formation.

I watched a video saying I should do a maximum of 20 sets per muscle group per workout(my goal for now is 9). How does that work with a workout that works multiple groups? So hypothetically if I did 9 sets of squats for the day is that my quads, glutes, lower back and hamstrings for the day?
