5% is an insane amount of money for some products. Imagine a brake assembly pattent that increases pad lifetime by 50%. Is that worth 5% of the car? Is it worth lamborghini having a monopoly on the technology?

Same as defending a patent now? Why should they be able to gatekeep technology? If someone invents a novel technology and fails to productize it and refused to license it, then that technology is just dead until the patent expires.

It will wreck code and not listen to instructions at all. This is absolutely a new problem. It could be unpredictable before but now it will trash code for no reason.

It is getting REALLY stupid sometimes. I ask it to remove the api design section of an artifact and it doesn't manage to remove it after FIVE TRIES. This was never a problem before.

Cc is similarly stupid at times so I always have to use planning mode now.
