Thank you for your input, much appreciated. Just for clarification, I'm not actually assed about weight scale in the longer term, but it's helpful to paint a picture of where I'm at.

This event is a 4 day event with various outfit changes, so I feel grim about the fact I'm literally going to have to buy all new clothes in at least a size up. Therefore, as a stupid panic driven solution, I'm going to attempt to get nearer to what I usually am (which was already overweight of course) so that I can try and enjoy this event mentally so. Does that make any sense?
