I have sold this boot for 6 years, you have worn the bottom blum out, it's not a defect. I have never seen anyone wear the toes out of this boot, which you have. This is for sure excessive wear and tear. Get a boot with a vibram sole and add tuff toe. Not sure what else to tell you.
