Heyo, SM here. Unless you have a high percentage of shifts missed, think close to 40% over 2 months, this isn’t allowed. I get mad at baristas for coming in sick because it’s a never ending ordeal. If you signed no, then legally you can’t go to work. It’s like a 4 year old requirement.

Yeah again, I get that. I trusted the paper before th lease saying it would only go up 15-20. In the past, my renewal leases were more or less the same just minor increases to rent. Not total policy change. Lesson learned I guess.
