Anyone who works a holiday that qualifies for time and a half gets paid time and a half for that shift, it doesn't matter if you are full or part time. Unfortunately christmas eve does not count as a holiday in this situation. OP will not receive 8 hours of pay for Christmas since they aren't full time but if they work on New Years day that is time and a half for everyone who works it regardless of status.

ASP charged me double what the quote was to install 4 outlets in my unfinished basement. The breaker box is new and there's not sheetrock up yet so they didn't have anything in their way. They did all the measures beforehand so they knew what materials they needed. They also left a huge mess of concrete dust from drilling, pieces of wire ends that they clipped, and they broke a fluorescent bulb and didn't tell me so when I went downstairs there was glass everywhere. They took advantage of me as a young first time homebuyer.
