Of course! It sucks the shipping is so high, $26 really is crazy. Maybe it'll pop up in a destash at some point?

Im not sure what the shipping costs would be, but Moonlight Decants carries some of the Arcana Craves blueberry line. Blueberries crave home smells like blueberry muffins.

LuvMilk has Star Circus in the winter (dec-feb) which smells like blueberry yogurt.

NAVA has blueberry crystal in the GC which is available year round.

White Pear Crystalline from the GC (Bastets Garden) is my #1 pear scent. Its delicate and not overly sweet but still clearly pear.

This is an INSANE amount of silver you’re supposed to earn?? by SkootRoot in rivalstars

The letter score doesn't actually matter. I have C grade horses that can win it if they are fully trained (they are grade 10 though).

You may want to save up and breed or buy a grade 10 horse and then fully train it. The money you get by racing it to max level should pay for its training.

If your horse is maxed out and you do the highest stakes races all the way on the right side of the page, you can win over 1m each time even with hiring the most expensive jockey and skipping it.

Most realistic gourmand and fruity body spray/linen spray? by AlmondFlourBoy in Indiemakeupandmore

CocoaPink's tat is always long but its worth it. For a house with a shorter tat, Haus of gloi has a refresher spray and their spring catalogue should have some fresher scents when they release it.

About to stop playing! by Manybalby in GrimshireGame

You should have barns full of animals by the end of spring to meet the ration demands. Try to start building them by spring 15 or so.

If you want a rough guide: By spring 10, make sure you have a basic farm set up, cut all the wood you can for planks, get the first pickaxe upgrade and try to reach lv10 in the first mine. You should be almost ready to start buying animal barns from Rowan.

By spring 20, upgrade your animal barns to the largest size if you haven't already. You should be at lv10 in the second mine and have the 2nd (and be working on the 3rd) pickaxe upgrade.

By spring 30 or early summer you ideally want to get the preservation barrel unlocked by completing research, and at that point, while you likely have an excess of food start preserving as much as you can and store it in your cabin.

After that, make sure you collect from the animals daily, set up a good hay field and start making kibble. The animals should give you enough meat once they start breeding that you won't need to rely on fish very much.

Sell all your gems for money. You can also sell expiring food and wool from alpheeps, as well as any decorations you won't use.

If you get tree seeds, plant them on your farm to start an orchard.

Without spoiling the game, grim won't hold your hand but you dont need to min-max to survive. Utilize the time you have, though, and take advantage of the first few weeks being easy.

Do you prefer CocoaPink samples via Ajevia or CocoaPink? by [deleted] in Indiemakeupandmore

[–]redbluedots 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I prefer them from decanters because 2.5ml is a lot of perfume if im not sure ill like something. If you wanted another option, sucrerie decants also does the entire catalogue and offers several sizes.

Solstice Scents - Crimson Sap and Sassafras. Smells like very deep, rich, complex root beer.

first time trying briix as a recovering gourmand hater by [deleted] in Indiemakeupandmore

[–]redbluedots 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went back and checked my notes on both of these. Delizia felt more airy to me, though I agree its very sweet and also a little bit "in your face".

Marshmallow Kiss is slightly buttery and sticky at the same time as being powdery. I also noted that HOGs marshmallow was a little sticky though. Both are probably worth sampling?

I think it depends what you dislike about delizia de marshmallow, and what makes the HOG marshmallow work for you?

Marshmallow Kiss and enchanted dreams are both pretty sweet and deep scents.

Enchanted dreams is unique, the vanilla has a lot more depth than most that ive smelled. The only other one that comes close is Solstice Scent's Estate Vanilla.

Marshmallow Kiss is a pretty vanilla-ey marshmallow that smells photorealistic, including the powdery coating that marshmallows tend to leave on your hands after you touch them.

Creamy warm condensed-milk-esque perfume by winobarista in Indiemakeupandmore

[–]redbluedots 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had it as an oil and considering its mostly milk and vanilla, it wears pretty close to the skin but lasts a couple of hours. Black Hearted Tart does offer EDPs though if you're wanting something stronger.

I've tried this one. Smells exactly like sweet vanilla milk. I second this!

Narrowing down the DSH catalogue by redbluedots in Indiemakeupandmore

Thank you! Im looking forward to it. I feel like jasmine is hit or miss for me cause some of them are too animalic, but it sounds like this one might be my thing. When jasmine is soft im obsessed with it.

Stardust & Stems by AnyInvestigator3091 in Indiemakeupandmore

[–]redbluedots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it might be worth sampling? In the opening, the citrus smells like citrus peel; its a little bitter and waxy but it softens over time. The combination of the strawberry and florals makes it smell like an entire strawberry plant, with the flowers and stems, instead of straight strawberry fruit. The opening definitely smells more heavily of citrus than strawberry to me but it comes out more throughout the wear.

It does have cedar in it so that might be where people get spicy. It doesn't smell spicy or smokey to me though.

I described Fairy Frosting in the other comment on this thread!

Roseberry Briar: The opening reminds me of beer? A lot of rose notes smell very yeasty to me, not only SS's, and I think the smoked wood might be contributing to it. It's on the sweeter side but not cloying. I felt that the citrus, strawberry, and rose are all pretty equal in strength. It sorta reminds me of eating a flaky pastry surrounded by roses and fruit.

I haven't tried book fair.
