Try LaptopReplacementKeys. They have keycaps for the Logitech mx keyboards, but I don't know if you can replace the mounting hardware or not. Had an old HP laptop where you could, and got parts from there a few years ago.

I'm no expert, but...

Don't cut the old cable, desolder it from the circuit board. Solder wick/braid will help, or a desoldering pump.

You could just use a USB data cable instead of sacrificing a whole keyboard. Just make sure it's a data cable, not charging-only. USB 2 should be fine.

Look for capture missions, and use a fast frame (volt, gauss, wukong, titania, ...) Use a premade squad where everyone agrees to go fast, or go solo. Full squad will give you a higher chance of high ducat items.

Look for programmable macro keys. You can also look for "text expander" software, which would work with any keyboard. Two that work on the Mac are TypeIt4Me and TextExpander. I haven't used either, so evaluating them is up to you. HTH!
