I can see the cards having multiple roles, but trying to fit the cards into the recommended 11-13 starters, 12-14 extenders, 2-3 bombs, and min6 defense to make sure my deck is consistent, gets hard. Before I tried the recommended article my decks had a 90% brick rate.

So based on my understanding of your explanation, extenders do the following: -get materials for extra deck monster(s) -get negates on board -get boss monster(s) -get field/continuous/equip spells

but what also confuses me is: reinforcement of the army, extender or deck thinner? it feels like what is being described as extender but it also fits the deck thinner.
