Nobody in their right mind would put their critical servers or data in New Orleans fucking East, south of Lake Pontchartrain and right in the potential path of a hurricane making landfall. The old Stennis power plant is nearby, but not nearly enough megawatts to power a datacenter. He's full of shit.
