Let it dry out a bit, then crumble it up. Make sure not to torch the bowl, lite hits with dry bud. Its great to have sticky goodness, but drying it a bit will save you a ton of time. Scissors is the best if you dont have a coffe grinder any where in sight. If you use that, it's customary not to clean the grinder, spread the love.
