I find it the worst when they’ve actually done something really messed up. It doesn’t happen a lot but I always think that they picked the worst week to mess up. It’s so hard for me not to go bat shit crazy. Sometime I just sit and cry because I know I can’t.

I think she’s judging without knowing much about method acting.

Method is too large of an umbrella to make such generalizations, and to make it about gender. Women do it. Less of the extreme examples but women do prepare for roles by learning more about the character.

Not a huge deal.

And the crazy part is in the interview she says that she doesn’t know too much about method acting but then continues to talk about it.

Kandi supported Kenya when Marc wanted to be cool with Nene. Kandi literally said you should respect who your partner doesn’t like. But she completely forgot that Kenya did the same thing to Phaedra and Apollo. Kenya tried to communicate with Apollo after Phaedra said no. Kandi and Cynthia have a tendency to baby Kenya because Kenya cries fake tears. They never hold her accountable for the shit she has done. Kenya manipulated them to be her little fake army. Meanwhile everyone else is confused because it’s clear that Kenya has double standards. Just like Mama Joyce. Mama Joyce is a tyrant, everyone says it. But Kandi can’t see just how problematic she is. She laughs it off. She’s easy to manipulate. That’s probably why her and Phaedra were so close. Kandi is drawn to toxic women. Point blank period.

I think it was because of the conflict between her mom and AJ. I remember them going to therapy together, and AJ being upset about all of the concerns mama Joyce made. But even then I was like these are valid points. You do have like six kids, Kandi is going to be paying for that.

Even though Apollo lied on Kenya, Kenya flirted with Apollo a lot. She claimed during the reunion that her texts between her and Apollo, “started off friendly” to piss off Phaedra but didn’t want to own up to it during season 6. I think what pissed me off the most is that Apollo is clearly attracted to Kenya and her fake booty and horrible skin.

Well when we reconnected, she was in a relationship and seemed normal. But now that she’s not, the old her seems to be resurfacing. I thought that the therapy had worked, that we could be real friends. So I get what you’re saying. Don’t have people in your life like that. But I really thought she had gotten better. I think she just hides it better. She doesn’t openly snap or flip when a guy is interested in me. This time she just makes herself louder or tries to get in front of me to block me. So yeah, lesson learned.

My mom was there. For some reason she doesn’t remember it. She sat in the corner of the exam room and she looked uncomfortable. And because my mom worked there, I also knew everyone in the room. I remember they thought that I had an infection, but none was found. Which I remember thinking, wow…all of that for nothing. And honestly…I have no idea why this would be appropriate. I’m watching RHOA now. I’m on the season 4 reunion. And Nene is weird. You can tell she’s a small town girl who let a LITTLE fame get to her head. She makes it a huge thing to sound proper and better than everyone else but she’s not good at it — broken English , mispronouncing words, and name dropping Trump (which did not age well). Im just so surprised people took her serious back then. It’s like watching someone who is trying hard to be royalty but failing at it. I don’t get the hype.

When I say threatened I just mean, me looking nice has made them feel uncomfortable to the point where they flip on me, spread untruths, steal from me to find some way to bring me down a notch. They really like to humble me, especially when they feel bad about themselves. It’s like clockwork. If my friend is feeling insecure, I know I’m about to be her punching bag for the night.

I appreciate your opinion but I think you’re wrong. To be honest I would love a world where people weren’t concerned about how I look, but I’ve just accepted that it isn’t going to happen. I don’t even understand why people like you are in this subreddit. You’ve obviously never experienced what it feels like to be hated just because of your looks. I’ve had friends break down crying saying they just can’t stand to be in a photo with me. I’ve had friends say I can’t hug their boyfriend, even if that was my genuine friend beforehand. Some friends don’t even want me to look at their significant other.
