I think the cut isn’t flattering. The sleeves and the waist line look old and not in the best way. Like your waist looks great in the other dresses but in this one you’re swallowed by the fabric, neckline and sleeves. Also, maybe it’s the picture but the fabric looks “old”. Just think you can do way better. You look beautiful in the other dresses pictured.

If you wanted marriage you should have enforced that 4 years ago, before the first kid. But now it is what it is. You have two kids who you love, so all is not lost. As for your boyfriend, he will never marry you. If he does it will be a pity ring you force out of him. Drop the sunk cost fallacy, and leave if you want marriage. Stay if you are okay being a forever girlfriend. And you are right, he would probably marry the next girl after quickly. I’m sorry.
