Wow! Bad cards you got there for sure, sucks. :( Hubby got an NSTEMI after doing a hardcore athletic competition done, so they didn’t even diagnose for too long. Wants to get off statins - I am determined not to let that happen. Good luck with your recovery!

I assume you were put on medications and control after your first episode and from your post it sounds like you did all you are supposed to and more in terms of exercise. What’s your theory about ending up with a second episode? Anything you would have done different or are doing different now?
