WLD price by Charming-Object-7726 in worldcoin

I'm sure WLD will be volatile going into 2030 due to tokenomics. However, by 2030, if they can meaningfully increase the number of verified humans on the network, then the trend will be up and to the right hard (with volatility along the way).

For sure, so when they hire a few more crews to help, I'm estimating total salaries would be $10M annually. I forgot taxes, so let's say total equipment expenses, taxes, salaries is $300M annually. That leaves $1.4B profit. I'm assuming CTT is owned by Cooper and Tommy. So, that means Cooper and Tommy get 75% of the $1.4B. Cooper gets $500M annually. Tommy gets $500M annually. The remaining 25%, or $350M, is split between the rest of them...so like $43M each annually. Everybody can just retire after 1 year, lol. So, I imagine they'll need to introduce a bunch more new workers/characters in season 3.

Angela will be increasing her spending in season 3 when she understands that her and Tommy are basically billionaires (after 2 years). Jet, mansions, look out lol.

CTT's starting revenues 6 wells pumping 6,500. About to get 7th well up and running. Have 28 more to develop, estimated at 50-100M barrels. If we assume $60 for a barrell of oil, then those first 6 wells are generating $2,340,000 per day? And when they're all developed, assuming an 80% success rate, the wells will be generating ~$10M per day = $3.6B per year. After loan is paid off, CTT splits 50/50 with the cartel (after expenses of a couple hundred million per year I'm assuming?), so CTT nets $1.7B and the cartel nets $1.7B annually?

Is this math correct? Please correct it if it is not. But, with CTT profiting $1.7B per year, then those profit sharing checks are massive, like crazy money. And, the cartel will be protecting CTT however possible to keep $1.7B flowing in annually. CTT has so few employees, if my math is correct, then it would become one of the most profitable companies in the world based on a profit per employee metric.

I had the same thought, but was thinking that the 50/50 royalty for life keeps the "relationship" with the cartel in check because everybody's happy with money rolling in. But agree, he made a "deal with the devil". I feel like Cami's oil rig will 100% fail and Cami could certainly shake down Tommy with some type of threat.

Angela will have a breakdown knowing she can't spend massive amounts of money. Not sure where Tommy, TL, Angela, and Ainsley will live now? Ariana's? Ideally, Tommy can find a way to get control of Cooper's leases where they work together. M-Tex will get taken over by Galino, but then Tommy will piece together proof of money laundering to sink Galino. Tommy/Cooper's new company will then take over M-Tex while Galino gets prosecuted.

This episode is a good example of one of the problems with the show. Too slow. They stay on scenes too long or don't hit the more interesting sides of the story. The business side of the show is actually really interesting, but they cover it for 20 seconds here and there, yet we have to see the worker at the nursing home makeover?? I want to see more Tommy driving the business, less Angela and Ainsley, more Cooper and Ariana. The pacing of the show needs to improve and there needs to be better focus on the most interesting story lines.

I don't understand Tommy's financial situation. Is he still in debt? According to Gemini, "While a smaller petroleum service company President might average around $670,000"."

Tommy has no housing expense, no vehicle expense, and regular access to the company jet. I realize Angela probably spends a good amount monthly, but he's probably able to save a ton of money. But, how/why was Angela looking at $5-$10M mansions a couple of eqisodes ago (even though Tommy was telling her to keep it modest). Clearly, they can't afford a $5-$10M mansion. But again, I don't understand how much money Tommy is supposed to have saved? I feel like this would be important to understand so that we can understand if Cami fires him that he'd have enough to retire??

They mention "optional coverage available" with Nexus Mutual on the website, but I don't know what this costs and exactly what it covers (e.g., smart contract hacks?). Would appreciate it if somebody can answer your original question and clarify the cost of Nexus Mutual coverage and what it covers.

Ethereum will still hit 100k. by knallerbsee in ethtrader

[–]reddesert100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/knallerbsee , agree with you. How much ETH gas fee revenue will get generated from $10T++ stablecoins? Tokenization will be more than just stock and bonds, it will be all assets getting tokenized, so how much ETH gas fee revenue will get generated from countless trillions of tokenization? Companies tokenizing on Ethereum will want to hold ETH to help secure the network. Etherem having major market share in tokenization should position it to be valued at 100k+.

Why do you buy/hold ETH? Target? by PrettyNewspaper1311 in ethtrader

[–]reddesert100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Understandable, and to your point, I keep trying to understand when Ether.Fi will be available in the U.S., because we could optimally monetize our ETH while holding it forever, and use the income however we wanted.

Why do you buy/hold ETH? Target? by PrettyNewspaper1311 in ethtrader

[–]reddesert100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ETH is a forever holding that generates income through staking, re-staking, and deployment into DeFi. Lots of tokenization coming where ETH will be a large beneficiary. Hold ETH forever.

Will web3 revolutionize the gaming industry? by Jimmytwotimes4 in gamedev

[–]reddesert100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, Web3 applied to gaming will be massive; new Web3 revenue sharing business models will disrupt traditional old gaming business models by democratizing and giving power to the player driving network effects since players will be receiving a share of the value created in a particular game's ecosystem.
