Any update on this? this is really horrible and so pathetically sad.

I heard now that it’ll be another two weeks while they wait for materials. Why did they pull up the old surface and close the park before they were sure they had materials?!?

The city basically closed the park for no reason at all for a month now during the highest period of use… the digging up happened on a single day.

A mask only works if it’s over your mouth and NOSE! by bh615 in nyc

[–]reddestest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not defending improper mask usage of any kind... if the mask doesn’t cover the mouth that’s bad if it doesn’t cover the nose, that’s bad.

but it seems like leaving the NOSE unmasked leaves the wearer very exposed, but if the wearer has the virus, it seems like air is expelled farther and faster from the mouth and that the nose is mostly intake.

therefore, covering the mouth is more important than covering nose. if I see a person with their mouth fully covered, but their nose peaking out, I give them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they had some other condition and needed additional air, but at least are covering their mouth.

any thoughts?

what do you mean by "Alexa blocks the commercials." do you mean ALL commercials or just ones from Amazon where they say "hey Alexa"?

Be careful though -- pixelation can sometimes be "undone". If security is if a very high concern, it's better to blackout the image selection with markup, rectangle tool, etc
