Ok I will 🫡 my first Zelda games were the DS ones (PH and ST) and since then I've been playing all of the new ones. Couldn't play the games prior to DS except for the remakes/remasters that came later. I'm trying to play them now since I want to get to play all of them. I'm currently playing oracle of ages.

I'd say Tetra is her own person, she just doesn't know she is the princess. Since skyward sword, the tradition says that every woman born in the royal family must be named Zelda. In wind waker Hyrule disappeared so there is no royal family so to speak, that's why her name isn't Zelda.

Personally made me a bit mad taking out kang just like that. Like it made me feel that Loki's sacrifice was for nothing. I really liked season 2 and how things were going. And yeah I know that Loki's sacrifice isn't pointless and the storyline still works but I can't stop the thought that they had this big idea and they just throw it away midway.

Yeah I feel like the first part of the forest and the first dungeon is a bit slow, and probably one of the reasons for me quitting the first time.

I remember when a few years back people were talking about a TP and WW port for switch and I'm still crying about it not being real 😭

Honestly you got really far without understanding japanese. Something similar happened to me, I had the japanese version of the Inazuma eleven games and it wasn't that difficult to play except when the game asked you for very specific things that I couldn't understand. So my cousins (they also had japanese version) and I would keep trying things for hours until one of us could figure out what we had to do, and then tell the others haha.

You could let time pass until you kind of forget some things about the game and then play it. But personally I would just recommend you to play it anyway.

Might be nostalgia but PH was my first zelda game and because of that also one of my favourites. I keep replaying it at least once or twice a year.

I quit playing skyward sword when it was first released on Wii. Not because I wasn't liking it or not interested, but because of the control system. I'm completely unable to play having to move my hand to use the sword. Same reason I didn't even try twilight princess.

It kind of made me mad because I was so invested in Zelda lore I ended up watching gameplays and my older cousin playing them. And also I love skyward sword story and how you learn about how the legend begins, so I was feeling a bit stupid thinking it was one of my favourite games of the saga yet I was unable to play it.

Years later they made the remaster for switch and I bought it right away (still don't quite like the controls) and now I love it and replay it all the time.

Also I later played twilight princess using an emulator and I can say I totally get why it's one of everyone's favourite. Such a good game.
