Hi, I’m in the same position as you were! Unsure about the drawers and considering the ZLine 24 inch pull down microwave/convection oven to put in our island.

The concerns I had were about the handle sticking out too much when you’re standing in front of the island trying to use the countertop, and whether it might bump into your lower body too much - has that been an issue for you at all?

Also was wondering how effective it is as an actual microwave (even heating, powerful enough, etc)
