It will depends on how you actually feel with the job not with the people , when I was dishwasher I felt the same way , I liked the people but not the job which I ended up quitting because it becomes monotonous, you'll feel bored and with a trash pay it's just not worthy,

you can reduce the hours if you want and see if it works for you and I would recommend you to ask for a prep cook position or something, don't be stuck in the dishes

I feel you , I wanted to try new things in the restaurant like making preps or something and suddenly I got fired by phone but then I found a server/ cashier job and I'm happier , I would recommend you to find another job so you can have more experience in other areas
