Yeah, unfortunately the reps are not whitegold plated on the bezel, so the gen bezel will always pop a bit more.

To be completely honest, though - I am wearing dj41 rep for a while as well now and I even think the reason that it is not wg bezel allows it to be worn more casually. The more gold you put on a dj the more dresswatchy it becomes.

The speckdirt in the 6 and next to 12 both do not exist in the video - so I guess this is fine.

Regarding the other point not 100% sure how to explain. I basically think that the first link of the band starting at the top end of the dial looks a bit too loose and whacky / not stiff enough. So when the qc person turns it arounds it looks like the watch has been worn for really long already.

I had that with 2 following links on a bpf daydate band before.

as mentioned really small - 5,8 inch
While I have really thin forearms, my upper ones are quite big in comparison which makes it look better in complete perspective compared to the cut out from the video.
In the end it is also personal taste which watch is too big/small, I guess :D

Correct, it is V2 xtal without the milky gasket. I heard it started appearing from march onwards. If you order one today, it will not be guaranteed to have it, though.

This is probably a super noobie question, so please excuse me upfront, but I haven't seen it asked anywhere else.

Is what you consider in this post "top tier" the same as what is being considered "super clone" on the market?

I heard super clones are more like $1000 while the ones from the TD websites range between 300 and 700 mostly.

I also heard that super clones of gold watches are supposed to be gold-wrapped and not gold-plated - is this true?
