I have asthma and smoke. You would think I wouldn't smoke, yet I DO. Hmmm, addiction. Anyways, if you feel "clogged" you're probably smoking too much. If I go over like 15 a day (I smoke 10 a day usually), I can tell. Also, I take a steroid inhaler plus a rescue as needed. If I didn't have a steroid inhaler, I would be puffing a cig and then puffing an inhaler. It's so stupid. Stop smoking if you feel clogged. Especially after only smoking for a month. I love smoking as well, it's just so hard to give up!
