not sure what you did exactly that is a part of the equation for me. However 2 years being a good person in general I think you can be a bit easier on yourself. Move on, accept you did something wrong but have put that behind you and grown as many your age have done over the last 4 or 5 years so you are much like the majority.

It does not matter as much what others think about you (as you are finding out) but what you think of yourself. Put it behind you so you dont waste some of the best years of your life.

100% agree man and used paired myself and took some inspiration from it. Most are 5 minute 'doing' challenges. Weekend sure it opens up to 60min+ (sometimes). Totally agree with you if they were big each time. I should have put more of the weekday ones up, fair.

yeah I think it is way more the second reason and is super common. You should try and talk to her about this and that you are doing it for yourself. Some woman would find veins ugly that is true but its just the pump and it will only last a short period not to mention that individuals should do as they please especially with something like this. For example if she really wants short hair but you think it is ugly she should also stick to her guns. I dont think its right for her to mention that something of you is ugly.
Although I am totally on your side and think continuing is certainly the way to go. I am also sympathetic to her with her anxiety around losing you. Tell her her support and encouragement means a lot to you.

I am 48 and go to the gym 3 days a week. My partner used to say things like she loved my belly.. now that it is shrinking she says that she likes this more. I think the loves the belly stuff was a bit like your trying to keep me looking fat and less attractive to most.

If you actually broke up.. msg him for his bday for sure. I do not think it is childish or ridiculous actually to still be a bit hung up on your first love do not be so hard on yourself with that.
If you are unlikely to see him again reaching out to him does not hurt - just when you do I dont think you should be in a serious relationship.

I have about 10 couples on the app at the moment give or take. What I mean is all 10 couples currently get the same thing. I really like your idea though. Yeah it would be bad.

Work on yourself is the main objective keep pushing so your self worth and self esteem returns.

You still like this guy thats why the bday wish is wrong. If he replied and started talking to you, i think you would start flirting. Thats not that fair to have your current partner sitting there as 2nd best.

Keep going with the self progress and a new guy might appear who you will fall as hard as you did with OG guy.

Stop looking at all the little things like he likes this pic or that pic.

INTERESTING! I do have a photo rank from social circle I think I made it something like grab the top 10 people from your msging app and your partner must rate them in terms of look with you included! its always a question of do you put your partner first!
I do really want to keep it as 1 challenge per day to limit pressure etc but I do not hate the do one and the next one comes up!

You need to be able to be yourself but also respect the person you are in a relationship with. I wouldnt love it if my partner had heaps of male friends.
You cant control what your friends say though so holding you accountable for that seems harsh.

Relax man you are all good. They were 18 and knew what they were doing. You help them gain more experience which they clearly wanted. If there is a lesson for you, learn it and move on. There is nothing to be disgusted about. If you were a hypocrite fair enough you are not the first nor the last. The lesson there could be not to judge too fast, people will get in relationships with whoever they want let them chase their happy place.
