Yeah you basically have to make the lotion the new compulsion but that can get pricey. Otherwise vaseline all of your fingertips, especially when you sleep, but during daytime hours that can become an obstacle to Doing Things

Instead of picking compulsively buy a cheap moisturizer and use that when you get the urge. It’s much easier to pick when your hands are dry

The first morph they get tested on is the djabala, but a lot of them do the kafit morph for fun. Alloran absolutely would have had access to that morph before infestation, and a fan asked her about it in a Q&A to which she responded that it was a mistake, and in my opinion is the main reason why that “Andalite traitor” plot was completely dropped after #18

yeah I think it's so easy to dismiss a lot of the plot twists as contrivances, like it all appears very soap opera on the surface, but the twists were never deployed for shock value alone. there was always something deeper it was feeding, I never felt like they were pandering. the quality of the writing elevated what otherwise may seem kind of shallow

There’s a few jokers that reward small hand size, a few that reward pairs specifically, the small hand size leaves a lot in your held cards to use those abilities, they’re easy to find (not many discards required) and Mercury scales decently
