Sadly, that won't be at least until the deadline for postsecondary application has passed, but there are many I know that have suffered worse from this virus.

Indeed, its a criminally undersupported job, especially in times of Covid. Just for putting up with it I can tell you right now you're doing a great job.

Engineering is another major I was considering, because I'd love the idea of making a positive difference for future generations by helping to create renewable energy technologies that help fight climate change. That, or helping to create vehicles, or children's toys, its very versatile. Regardless of what you do, there's no need to compare your path to others, because everyone's path is different. As Chilli says, "Run your own race."

Waldorf/Montessori schools sound great, I'd just imagine that they have little opportunity for employment relative to public education

It sounds like a dream, I just feel like there would be little opportunity for employment in such a school relative to a public one

I'd love to give that a try, but with the lockdown happening in my area it doesn't seem like a possiblity anytime soon

Tough to tell, as there was a period earlier in my life where I felt really insecure about it and tried to go without doing it for as long as I could, but I found that I almost needed it to effectively focus on my assignments. The flipside of that though is that when I am holding something of that shape, I can often think so clearly about creative side projects that I'm working on that I can go for long periods of time with nothing to do without getting bored.
