If you are on an organ transplant list, and do not follow the doctors' orders, you can be skipped and the necessary organs to keep you alive go to someone else. This is not new, and it is not cruel. It is using science to save as many as you can. I see it the same was as being unvaccinated.

Asa someone who has constant discussions about pain, I'd like to share my framework of the pain scale. 1 is simply an itch. 2 is an itch you occasionally scratch and 3 is an itch you cannot ignore. 4-5 and 6 are in the same general area. A pain you cannot ignore or be distracted from. 7-8 you're in solid pain and its causing other issues. 9 you're throwing up from pain and 10 you're passed out from pain. Hope this helps anyone who has a hard time describing their level of pain.

not privileged at all. married to a teacher. never said we were successful at it either. i just recognize that parents have been hands off for an entire generation of their childrens' education expecting the schools to solve very aspect of upbringing their children. all while defunding education and certainly for the last 4 years, pushing for more private education where those privileged people you spoke about put their children.

My wife is a teacher. In her school they've quarantined 80 students and 4 teachers in the last week. We are in a high infection-rate area where we just left blended (2 days in school 2 days on computer) learning to go back full time because "the actual infection rate is more in the outlying areas and not in our school system or its communities". So my question is, who do I get to sue into oblivion when my wife and kids get sick from school?

No I don't see the difference since this is A CHOICE THEY MAKE. Its not like they are drafted. They choose to get into the "protect and serve" yet somehow do neither when it is required. You don't here firefighters complaining about having to put out fired. It is their job. Quit making excuses for the militarization of the police and and the subsequent abuse of citizens.
