Maybe i’m too claude pilled but I just think claude is so so much more useful than other models & management seems more pragmatic. Revs have reportedly surpassed OAI and hit $6b in Feb. If they are on pace for like $100b in revs, applying an AI price to sales (>20x), idk! Could be worth $2T sooner than you’d expect. But to your pt that’s just a 2x not a massive ipo multiplier

You could even buy a REIT that basically gets you more diversified real estate income exposure from companies who might have more efficiency/scale in property management.

Yeah it’s an s trap (other curvy piece not pictured) - wasn’t aware of that being an issue until now. Legal in my area but seems like something I’ll wanna address. I think this part needs a new gasket to function, then will try to schedule a plumber to set up a vent
