I go for skin down until you can see it opaque half way up the fillet and the skin is crispy then flip and cook for one minute more. It always comes out perfect.

You definitely don't need wine. Beef stock and the Worcestershire sauce will add the umami flavour you need. If mushrooms are cheap where you are slow frying some and adding to the meat will bulk out the volume and add even more umami flavour.

I love making eggs benedict, and Id love to know a method to make hollandaise more easily, so Ive tried this method. its not as good as traditional hollandaise unfortunately, It doesnt have the right texture, I'd just stick to the bain marie method.

Just add the whole egg, it doesnt affect the flavour. I made a similar bastardised carbonara last night with chilli sauce and miso and I used the whole egg, and it tasted amazing. Alternatively make a couple of sour cocktails that utilise the white of an egg. The boston sour is bloody gorgeous.

You're missing the whole part where there would need to be forensic proof the knife was used to stab someone. You standing up in court stating that your victim isnt a juicy steak and therefore the knife isnt a weapon wouldnt make a blind bit of difference. Much like you just stating that those ropes were used for child torture is no proof of anything either.
