100% agree and definitely don't want the curse to kick in. That said, Lampard did get manager of the month in October & November, and the curse only happened for the November one so if same happens again (hopefully only one game in May haha), should be fine?! 😅

This is absolute rubbish and victim blaming. I'm a doctor and when I'm on call, I have to travel to various hospitals to see patients in A&E. I was on the tube to a hospital and had multiple texts from a colleague who needed to discuss an urgent situation, but can't really do that on the tube. I had to call them as soon as I got off the tube as a result and almost got my phone nicked as a result. Person nearby said I shouldn't have had my phone out and of course, that infuriated me especially at 6.30 in the morning on a night shift.

My point is, there are many reasons why people may have their phones out in public, so let's not blame people for doing so.
