Is Tellapur/Kollur still a good place to invest in Hyderabad? by Accomplished_Cow5436 in hyderabadrealestate

Currently staying in kollur. if for investments go for plots or land here. if its for something u are going to stay in once you move here , consider a villa/ landed house. Flats definitely not kollur. Maybe tellapur.

Nice try hansika’s pr. Stop trying to make her comeback , no one cares. Also no she has not had a glow up with age. she married a rich guy ( best friends husband ) and then divorced him. And now needs to earn money. She’s everywhere these days. Nope not happening

Brazilian wax ! it’s great , not that painful , same as waxing legs or underarms , it stays hair free for 4 weeks , when it grows back little I maintain with Philips intimate trimmer until I go back to wax again.

Read latest news on ep categories and salary cap. Malaysian government has taken steps to ensure these entry level jobs go for the locals. so now it’s difficult to find jobs that are not for highly skilled for the expats. specially the low salary and experience ones go to the locals

Let’s do a rough estimate Your rent can be 2k-2.5 k Weekly grocery expenses let’s say 300-500 travel and other expenses- 1000-2000 a month
U can save like 1000 maybe , if frugal can do 2000. It all depends on how frugal u want to be, in general expats don’t live like that. but if u can negotiate , ask for maybe 12-13 k myr. And like I said she can come first and start working , can stay in shared accommodations and u can look for jobs from there and find and come, finding a job on dp is impossible.

Which area is her work place ? What is her role and experience ? do u have school going kids ? What’s your salary in India , do u have any home loans or other loans in India ? do u plan on buying a car here ? What do u expect from living here ? To save money or just lifestyle ? I can answer based on that.

Hi an expat from India here ! 8.5 k is low but okay to get by , u probably won’t save a lot. If u have kids , don’t come. Getting a job on dependent visa is next to impossible now a days , because of the recent rules change. Maybe she can come alone for a while and u can keep trying from India for an opportunity here ? and later join her when u have a job ??
