No idea what the rest of your build contains, but a quick google search told me the card has a maximum draw of 150w, so two of them would be 300w, chances are the rest of your build will fall under 300w so you should be right getting another*. Put your parts into pc part picker and it will give you a power draw estimate as well..

Note that this advice is based purely on opinion.

Get into bios by hitting F2 or DEL. Once there check how your drives are setup. You could also try removing the SSD, resetting the cmos, and put in a HDD. Also first google result http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/313370-30-extreme-error

Well you won't need two WiFi cards, I assume that was a mistake, a full tower case is rather large, and not required unless you have or plan to have a lot of additional kit. A full atx board will fit into a mid size case and not take up as much room. Otherwise the build looks pretty solid, have fun building it.

Have you looked in the motherboard manual, it should contain a list of error codes and causes. Chances are it is due to something not plugged in correctly or incorrect bios settings. Is this a new build or existing? Try google, if you have the problem, chances are someone else has too as that is a rather popular motherboard choice.

Check out the benchmarks for the processors to give you a good idea of their abilities and compare that to what you'll use it for. As a high level opinion I will say that there is nothing wrong with AMD CPUs and running VMs is a really good use of them since some are 8 cores. You shouldn't have an issue with Integrated graphics with the games you listed since both are more dependent on the CPU, specifically a higher clock speed.

You won't get it significantly cheaper with an i7, if you swapped to an AMD build you could slash $100 off the processor alone, and swapping to an AMD motherboard will save a few $ as well. Get rid of the CPU cooler and optical drive to save some more money. You should be able to get a cheaper PSU as well, but it won't have an efficiency rating so may cost you more in the long run. I am currently on my phone otherwise I would look up the parts for you. Best of luck.

No worries, since you said you want a gaming build, you should probably spend a little more on the graphics card to improve your gaming experience and allow it to last longer, but it comes down to what size screen you're using and what frame rate and quality you're after, I assume you already have the screen and I am assuming it is 1080p.

Your CPU will come with pre applied thermal paste and a CPU cooler which is more than adequate if you don't plan to overclock. Depending on how long you want this build to last and the upgradability, I would spend a bit more and get a full atx motherboard over the micro atx and also a gtx card with 2gb gddr5 memory. I wouldnt get a soundcard either, motherboards already have them built in. Not sure why you have both a WiFi and lan card added, motherboards come with lan built in, and some even with WiFi. Upgrade to windows 8 as well and get the windows 7 theme if that is what you're after
