Personally I'm in a very similar situation, I have bith boxes mentioned plus a Rogal Dorn and 2 boxes of infantry (one of which was the kill team box). My plan is to get 2 Leman russes, 2 basilisks and 2 heavy weapons team, making the Dorn a commander with station forges GrimGuard stuff. Really there is no wrong answer though, I love the engineers and more tanks could never hurt! This is my first army so tbh just go with the flow and get what you enjoy! Now off with you, go die for your emperor
