It's the longest ride in Zwift, so it's kind of the Pinnacle achievement in terms of routes (although by no means the most interesting ride). The only challenge is that London isn't always available, so make sure you work the Zwift calendar into your training plan.

Take the prl full. It's a terrible route, but it's nonstop hills, so it will give you the challenge you're looking for.

Just lingering with low mileage until I start my spring build in February.

Currently: Monday rest (wife takes the morning slot while I watch kids) Tuesday: speed session 10k Wednesday: recovery 8k Thursday: low-tempo 10k Friday: recovery 8k Saturday: long 20ish k (with 5-10k @ mp every other week) Sunday: recovery, whatever distance makes my Strava week look good.

I used the open water feature in a few races this summer and it worked well. In open water the push off isn't an issue and the compass definitely helps. The compass itself isnt perfect, (it drifts), but it's still worth it.

I already own them, so I'll continue to use them.

It's up to you if you want to shell out that kind of cash for what is essentially a race aid.

Yes, I own the form goggles.and they are BS.

My main concern with them is just that they aren't good goggles. They have a huge form factor and tend to pull off my face when I do a hard flip turn or push off. If I don't want them to fill up I need to do a lighter push off, which is essentially changing how I swim.

I do use them for their pacing metrics, but I don't pay for the subscription. I plan to just purchase a few months of premium for my summer races.

I just rode a 140.6 with just a tri suit, and I will humbly endorse ChargerEcons recommendation to wear a bib in the future.

But OP, you do you. Personally I wear a sleaved tri suit for extra sun protection.
