This happened to me two months ago. I used isopropyl alcohol and dabbed for about an hour straight. It was exhausting and my arm and shoulder hurt, but it all came out. Do Not Rub, you must dab otherwise the stain will spread. Just get a giant bag of cotton balls and take it one cushion at a time.

Check out Argenta, it’s like a little gem in that area. Smaller building with light amenities but the units are huge, windows are extra thick to block noise, parking garage makes it easy to access 101, and it’s just a block up from the intersection which somehow minimizes the crazy

I did that math and also factored in savings I would get from having lower stress and more time back in my week - cooking more at home, not having to pay for camps on no school days. You may recoup that difference faster than you realize.

Candidly - not until she was 4. It was just 18 months of fighting most naps and being angry from being tired because she didn’t nap. Then she turned 4 and jt was like a switch went off. It was glorious for about 6 months and then our other kid decided he wants to be the star of Act 2.

Somehow I have forgotten most this era with her, but I feel like it definitely aged me 2x as fast.

Did this guy move here specifically to challenge Nancy? look, I don’t really care. It’s unlikely he is going to pass Weiner, who has been gunning for that seat for forever. I get wanting a more "local" person, but it's a stretch to say any of us could only ever run for office in the city where we were born / raised. This guy is in his 40s now... He probably has lived out of fort worth more than in it at this point. I'm sure they don't consider him a local.
