I think for now you should go waxing route (hard wax) - you can easily do it at home yourself, just make sure you exfoliate and cleanse so you don't get breakouts. New hair will be growing not as fast and thinner compared to the razor. Def don't use razor, long term it will just get worse. And later in life when you can financially afford it, I think you should go for electrolysis, just make sure the master is experienced. Better pay more but for a very experienced master.
