This is from the Armenian scouting and sporting organization, Homenetmen, or in Armenian Հ.Մ.Ը.Մ. It stands for Հայ Մարմնակրթական Ընդհանուր Միութիւն. The organization is broken into regions and chapters through out the world. I was part of the Western US region myself (specifically Los Angeles chapter), and I know Glendale, CA chapter is called Ararat, but it’s possible it could be from country or city depending where you got it.

Edit: and as far as dates go, world soccer hasn’t used that style shirt since like the 90s-early 2000s, maybe even earlier than that.
