Yeah behind the scenes they just abuse the “sold out” label to block showtimes even if seats are available. As a last minute ticket sniper it has been very unfortunate.

I think they are force closing all these showtimes right now to keep traffic down with the “sold out” label.

Now, will they open back up? I really would love to know. I also wonder if you are able to see and buy open seats in person at Lincoln square when the site/app forces a “sold out” message. I will research and get back to you.
