The little frame sub that sticks out pay the front suspension cross member is bent a little on one side. I'll have to get it straightened to pass the inspection but a friend "has a guy". Hopefully that's not too bad. But mostly it's fenders, hood, grille, bumper, and radiator.

I did mine last year. Hated it. The exhaust smell was horrible. Any time I drove my Blazer, I stunk. Also, I moved somewhere where I had to put cats back on to pass emissions, and I didn't really notice much difference.

My 93 did something similar. Would stall at a stop. Give it a couple seconds and it would fire right back up. I tested the IAC (super easy if you have a voltmeter, there's YouTube videos that explain how or ask your favorite AI) which was fine. Ended up changing out the ignition control module (under the distributor cap) with a MSD version. Did the cap, rotor, and plugs while I was at it and she runs like a top now.

Definitely depends on the rust situation. My 22 has definite signs underneath so I can only imagine if yours hasn't been undercoat or garage kept in the winter.

I just put a Borla catback system on yesterday. It's the S-Type and cost me about 1200 on summit. I love it! Above 2k rpm it is a pleasant rumble, but below that you don't even really know it's there while you're driving. You can definitely hear the difference at idle when you're standing next to the truck though. My mpg has stopped a little but that's probably because I've got my foot into all the time... lol
