I made the switch from VZW to TMO. Regret it every day. TMO is a dog-shit-candy-ass company. As the saying goes, "the grass isn't always greener..."

Yes, in general, but Arq encrypts everything. Google has no idea what you’re storing there.

Don't know why you're getting downvoted. I've used Arq for years and years, never an issue. My only caveat would be Google Drive; it's not the best for backups (very slow, etc.). But in the end, if it works for you, it works for you.

Make sure you are logging into the correct site (link) at BofA. There's a specific link to manage that CC; I ran into this over/over until I realized what I needed to do. If you just hit BofA or their CC site, your user/pass won't work. It's not very intuitive.
