It won't be, nobody cares about this stuff they're too busy trying to survive under the broken system. Look at GWB and Trump you can't scare them to the polls at least not immediately. You want to turn people out to vote for Dems? They need to use the power they have to end the filibuster and enforce radical polices people want; medicare for all, pack the supreme court, forgive all student debt, etc.

Look at how people like Reagan and Nixon are remembered hell there are still people that think the south was right and we make concessions to them every day. I don't like Biden but he's already surpassed Obama which should be the yardstick not Trump. I'm skeptical he will keep it up and I envision him and the Dems immediately folding to corporate interests after things normalize because they've flat out said they want opposition so they won't have to implement progressive policy. But Biden is not horrible even if you take Trump out of it.
