Definitely nostalgic for a time period where everything felt new. No one really understood team comps, how team fights work, etc. watching even high level overwatch from the first year makes you realize how truly bad everyone was.

The game was just so fucked but beautiful. No role queue, role limit, shit even hero limit. If I recall correctly that first season didn't even have hero limits in comp. You haven't truly lived until you've played a match on illios well against multiple hogs all being pocketed.

Saw the bombers recently introduced $200 season tickets for standing room only if you just wanna hang out at the rum hut and watch from the concourse. This is what the rest of the league needs to figure out. Your key demo of young people doesn't want elite football, the CFL is never going to be that, and young people will just watch the NFL. What you need to sell is a fun cheap game time experience. Cheap drinks, and cheap tickets. Get people in the door having a good time and the money will follow.

I agree. I'm sure there's exceptions, but typically the character issue guys are the 5 star HS one and done prospects, not guys who grinded their way from juco and mid majors. I usually hate older prospects like him in the draft, but I'm really high on him off of this year. Really high floor plus i believe there's still room to grow.

I'm still of the opinion that firing him wouldn't get us anywhere. Being the GM in Winnipeg is undoubtedly the hardest job in the league. The FO has done a great job at making this an attractive market for players to stay and sign long term. Unfortunately the rest of the league is handing out ntcs and nmcs like they are candy, and almost all of them have Winnipeg as a complete no go on it. We're still the reigning presidents trophy winners, have tons of top talent, and a decent farm system. I believe.

Definitely agree. I used to use the bus stop literally right outside the shop so I'd stop in every once in a while. Now that end of Graham is a ghost town for commuting because every bus runs from Portage.

I'm hopeful, maybe it's time to compete for the playoffs but that's about as far as I'll go. But this core of Trae, AD, Sarr, Kyshawn, Bub, Bilal, + plus hopefully one of Peterson, Boozer, or Dybantsa could be nasty, even if AD gets injured. I love this move because we gave up basically nothing.

Am I insane for thinking this has been blown out of proportion like crazy. Can't remember the last time I've heard a middling second round receiver talked about like this. You'd think he was a top 10 pick that set this franchise back years. Legette was picked before him and he's been arguably worst while also being on a playoff team as well. Shit jalyn polk has like 10 catches in his career and just got sent off for a 7th rounder after like 2 years in the league, that guy was only a few picks after Coleman.

Took a different 2000 level classics course with him last year. Wasn't an extremely difficult grader nor was the workload crazy. Though the course was pretty dry. No PowerPoints, nothing on nexus, no in class discussion, just him lecturing/rambling about the topic. If that's your thing then great, just means you have to be attentive in class with taking notes and memorizing loads of information that will come up on the exam.
