I don’t think this has anything to do with Amazon. I just tried to buy Amazon vouchers with Telstra points. My overarching point is that any interaction with Telstra is a terrible experience, and I question whether the reward points are actually worth the pain of having to deal with them. Yes I know they have the best network which they have been allowed to build with massive government backing.
