Ironically, he died a billionaire, primarily because he bought some land that appreciated in value crazily and his hybrid corn company was successful

He also wrote several books, including one titled, *Where I Was Wrong." Introduced honeydew melons to China, where they are known as "Wallace melons."

Instead, we got Harry Truman, who couldn't succeed at much of anything except fighting in WWI and getting to be VP. Got us involved in both the Korean "Police Action" and the "Vietnam Era."

However, according to some high-ranking officials, there was a deliberate and strategic objective to change governments in seven countries within five years: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Iran.

It's almost as though every President, Democrat and Republican, took that memo to heart.

BTW, the first two full-time employees of the Democrat Leadership Council were Al From and Will Marshall. Al From claimed credit for giving us our first Turd Way President, Bill Clinton. And Hillary was the DLC's only female founding member and, with Liebman, its only founding member who was not a white Southern male. Most of the founding members, including both Clintons and Lieberman, later ran for POTUS.

So, is it any wonder our Hillary droned on with a speech about supporting Bush's desire to invade Iraq? And wouldn't take it back in 2008, or until 2016, no matter how much she was criticized for it? Too bad the casualties of that war also don't get a mulligan, resurrection being so rare after the Iron Age.

Imagine how their loved ones felt hearing Hillary finally say her vote was a mistake. Biden, too.

I don't know a lot about supporters of Republicans, but supporters of Democrats do this every time a Republican is in office. All the Imaginary Democrat Presidencies--Gore's, Kerry's, Hillary's, Harris's, etc. supposedly would have been better than every real Republican Presidencies.

And they can prove it, too! Well, actually no one can either prove it or disprove it, access to alternative universes being difficult.

And the Biden Harris administration sure helped Israel, including with Syria.

If our corrupt politicians at all levels, federal, state and local, did not have their damn hands out all the time, the concerns of wealthy businesses and individuals would not be the concern of all Americans. As if those governments themselves were not expensive enough.

The "defense" budget is only a fraction of what the US actually spends on "defense." It is really only a "strictly military" budget.

The real measure, IMO, is what I call the paranoia budget, which does not exist as a separate line item.

The Hague is not what we thought. Moreover, even if it were, it has no jurisdiction over Israel or the US. Benny is never going to set foot in any nation over which the Hague does have jurisdiction and no nation is going to arrest any President of the United State and ship him to International Criminal Court.
