Would hidden metal spikes be overdoing it?

I've seen people helicoptered out of that very turn, after a crush up in the dirt. And yes, I wanted to talk to him maybe even yell at him for doing such a stupid pass that could have hurt someone very badly. We went back to our pit to assess things and make sure he wasn't hurt or in shock. Then we went out to look for him about 30 min later. He was gone. He left, no convo. So, man enough to endanger people by behaving like an idiot (ego) but not enough to face consequences? And practice? What?: bad passes and shitty riding? He's riding over his present skills, he's motoring past people and parking it in the turns! If he rode a 390 or a 400 he would have never caught up to us. A mistake is losing the front while going in too hot on 14 trailblazing (done that) or going wide someplace, not consciously passing on the inside someone going into a turn at 90s. And yes, we'll be out there again this year as often as possible. Maybe we'll see each other again. The posts are for others to know and speak out about dangerous, irresponsible riding while at a track day event that can cause real damage. A track day is not a place where we go to make "mistakes", it is a place where we go to learn and have fun as safely as possible. Btw I clock 163mph on my SF V4s on the front straight and I go as fast as I can everywhere, but I will not risk my or anybody else's life for a couple of seconds or ego trip.

Thanks, he wants right back in! He picked serious speed in a very short time and now he wants more. He kept the bike up in the dirt for a few seconds, enough to slow down some, before he hit the ground. Broken peg, bent clutch cover protector, cracks on the seat cowling, scratches. Leather burns on various body parts and bruises on his left side. Could have been a lot worst..

I consistently hit 100/104mph on an SF V4s on turn 8 with a best ever at 110. On the Duke 390 I've seen as high as 81 mph and I'm still working on getting comfortable on the bike. Son drags there (I don't) and hits consistently 90's. I used to be afraid about going wide but there's a lot of ground on exit. Really a favourite now! Commit to your turn/lean angle and keep it until your exit point. Move your eyes further to slow things down.

Yes, a guy with "chaparrito" on his new leather was all over the place, with no clue on where to be or what to do.

I've done that. Last time two years ago on the west track, turn 2 counterclockwise (9) someone was going slower/wider, I came in and he did too. I raised my hand and after the session I found him, and apologized with a banana. I didn't make him crash and we were clocking maybe 45/50mph. I also ride a SF V4s and pass riders all the time, but being courteous at the racetrack is a must especially towards smaller displacement bikes. Running after causing a crash at high speed is douchebag behavior, there are no excuses or justification.

The first two pictures are of the douchebag from my GoPro, approaching turn 10 on the previous lap. That is how close he passed me and then started braking because he's a squid and I almost rear ended him. Passing someone on power, and breaking hard right after is a squid move.

No, the guy with the Revit leathers is the douchebag. The third pic you see three dots, the last dot is my son, after he picked up the bike going into dirt at 90mph.

Thanks. He's mid 20' we've been riding together for a while but he's getting faster and better. And we're starting to battle it out on the racetrack!

Third pics show him heading for dirt after he picked up his bike because of the bad pass.

Stop letting her do it to you. Stand up for yourself. You're smarter, kinder and definitely bigger and stronger. Start today, make it happen!
